2010 payroll forms can be downloaded and printed directly from the FORMS tabs under "New Employee Package." This package includes current W-4 and IT-2104 for withholding purposes. It also includes the I-9 Employee Eligibility Verification and the new Employee Notice and Acknowledgment of Wage Rate and Designated Payday Hourly Rate plus Overtime. All four of these forms MUST be filled out and signed before new employees start working. We highly recommend having your current employees complete a 2010 employee package as well.
